遼寧博際電氣技術有限公司研制的免維護玻璃鋼絕緣低壓交直流母線槽，是在目前已有的空氣母線槽、密集母線槽、環(huán)氧澆注母線槽基礎上實現五個創(chuàng)新飛躍的產品。

The maintenance-free FRP insulated low-voltage AC/DC bus duct developed by Liaoning Boji Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is a product that has achieved five innovative leaps on the basis of the existing air bus duct, dense bus duct and epoxy cast bus duct.

一是導體由銅排向波紋形薄銅板飛躍，使產品集膚效應低、散熱面大，可充分提高導體載流能力，具有成本方面的優(yōu)勢。

First, the conductor leaps from the copper bar to the corrugated thin copper plate, so that the product has a low skin effect and a large heat dissipation surface, which can fully improve the current carrying capacity of the conductor and has the advantage of cost.

二是導體連接方式由螺栓機械連接向焊接飛躍，焊接與傳統(tǒng)的螺栓機械連接相比，不僅減小了母線連接處的接觸電阻，同時還解決了用螺栓連接易產生松動，需要定期停電緊固螺栓的問題，具有維護方面的優(yōu)勢。

The second is that the conductor connection mode leaps from bolt mechanical connection to welding, welding compared with the traditional bolt mechanical connection, not only reduces the contact resistance of the bus connection, but also solves the problem that the bolt connection is easy to loosen, and the bolt needs to be tightened by regular power failure, which has the advantage of maintenance.

三是外部殼體由金屬殼體向扁管形玻璃鋼殼飛躍，玻璃鋼與傳統(tǒng)的金屬外殼相比不但具有優(yōu)秀的絕緣性能和機械性能，而且化學性能穩(wěn)定、耐腐蝕，密封后防護等級可以滿足IP68要求，可在浸水、直埋地下等條件下使用，具有使用范圍廣闊方面的優(yōu)勢。

四是導體連接由硬連接改為軟連接，使母線導體由剛性熱脹冷縮向柔性熱脹冷縮飛躍，這樣不僅可以使單根母線長度大幅增加，減少母線中間接頭數量，同時還具有安裝快捷、安裝成本低方面的優(yōu)勢。

Fourth, the conductor connection is changed from hard connection to soft connection, so that the bus conductor leaps from rigid thermal expansion and contraction to flexible thermal expansion and contraction, which can not only greatly increase the length of a single bus bar and reduce the number of intermediate joints of the bus, but also has the advantages of fast installation and low installation cost.

五是各相母線由密集布置到空氣加絕緣分散布置飛躍，不僅散熱好，而且還不會發(fā)生相間及相對地短路，具有安全方面的優(yōu)勢。
